Description
This is the Little Nell bone china figurine from the Royal Doulton Dickens Miniatures Collection. The Little Nell (M 51) figurine was produced from 1922-1983 and from our research, we believe that this figurine was made prior to 1959 due to the back stamp used.
On the underside of the base it is marked with the Royal Doulton stamp that was used between 1928-1959, the name Little Nell. Please see the photos for more details.
The Little Nell figurine is from the Charles Dickens book, The Old Curiosity Shop.
Measurements
The figurine measures approximately 4 inches tall. The base is just over 1 inch by 1 inch.
Condition
There are no chips, cracks or crazing present. The figurine is in excellent vintage condition and a great addition to your Royal Doulton Dickens miniature collection.
