Description
In the 1980's, The Franklin Mint produced these lovely diminutive music boxes which are from their The World's Most Romantic Love Songs line. This one is from 1984 and plays 'Somewhere My Love'. The music box is made of porcelain and is hand painted. The lid is decorated with delicate flower and a castle. The song title is also painted on the top of the lid and the edge is painted with gold paint. The lid lifts off to reveal the small gold turn key to wind the music box.
The music box is oval in shape.
The side of the music box also has delicate flowers.
The interior of the box is a red velvet and that is where the turn key for the music box is.
On the bottom it states " The World's Most Romantic Love Songs, 1984 Franklin Porcelain.

Base/Bottom - 2 1/2 inches by almost 2 inches
Condition
This music box is in great condition. The music box plays very well for its age. There are no chips or cracks that we can find. The painted design is also in great condition.
