When you place your order you will receive an email with the tracking number included.

We mostly ship through the United States Postal System and each item is insured for your protection and ours. See below for information regarding if your item is received damaged.

International Shipping:

Yes, we do ship internationally! Items purchased that are 4 pounds or less (when packaged) will be shipping via the United States Postal System First Class International. Please Note: Depending on your locations, there may be a customs charge as well as taxes and/or tariffs that my be incurred. Any of these fees are the responsibility of the customer as these charges are NOT included in the shipping charges. You may want to contact your local customs office prior to making a purchase to determine what extra charges may be incurred.

Canceling an order

You may cancel an order, but it must be done as soon as possible as we generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once an order has been processed and ready to mail, the order can not be canceled.

Returns

We do accept returns within 14 days. We do our best to describe each and every item in our shop, including the flaws. Vintage items often times have been well loved and come with minor imperfections. That being said, if for some reason you want to return the items you purchased, you pay for return shipping. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received and once we receive the item(s) back, we will refund your money, minus shipping costs.

Item Received Damaged

If your item was received damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Please keep the damaged item and packaging materials, including the box or envelope as these are often when a insurance claim is filed.
