We think that the title of this book translates roughly to Beautiful the Marriage or The Beautiful Marriage, A Funny/Amusing Story of Lilli Fredrich. The font in German is difficult to make out, but we think it's: Schön ?uschens Heirat, Eine lustige Geschichte von Lilli Fredrich. We don't know who the author was of this story. The only date we can find is one that was inscribed on the title page which is 1921, November.
This is a hardcover book with no dust jacket. There are 258 pages in this book. There is one black and white illustration before the title page.
Condition: The pages are yellowed from age, not yet brittle and still readable. The pages are all intact. The cover spine has come loose on one side and there is wear on the covers consistent with the age of this book. There is writing in pencil on the first page, a pencil scribble on the next blank page and an inscription written in ink (old style ink) on the second title page.
Get this book to practice reading in German or repurpose it in an art project - the old German font while difficult to read, is still pretty neat.
