This is a vintage Stretch & Sew pattern number 250 from 1974. It was designed for knit fabrics by Ann Person. The pattern is for a tab front top with cap sleeves.

Condition

The paper envelope is in rough condition, there is a large tear on one side down the crease and lots of wear along the edges. There is a store stamp and a family business stamp on the front. The paper pattern is in good vintage condition, there is one small tear on one of the folds. The paper instruction sheet is in very good vintage condition, readable and usable.
