We are offering this vintage handpainted plate that was created by Southern Potteries sometime between the 1940's - 1957.  The pattern is the Candlewick design. The floral handpainted pattern is called Poppy Duet and features a dark red and yellow poppy with black centers with green leaves.

Each plate is back stamped with Blue Ridge, Hand Painted, Underglaze, Southern Potteries, Inc., Made In U.S.A.

The plates are 9 1/4 inches in diameter.

Condition

The plates are in very good vintage condition. There are no cracks, crazing or chips on the plates.
