Description
This is a vintage Pfaltzgraff coffee canister in the Village pattern. Pfaltzgraff start the Village pattern in 1976 and continued producing it into the 1980's. The canister size is 2 quarts.
The lid is embossed with the number 503 inside. The bottom, while hard to read, is embossed with Canister 2 Qt, there is a Pfaltzgraff symbol and the word Pfaltzgraff under that, another word that hard to read and what looks like USA under that. The number 508 is at the very bottom.
Measurements
It stands around 9 1/2 inches tall with the lid on. The opening on the canister is about 6 3/4 inches in diameter. The base is about 4 1/4 inches in diameter.
Condition
There is wear on the base consistent with its age and past use. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. Please see the photos for a closer look.
