This is a vintage Eileen's Design Studio Lesson 12, Floral Treasures, in-Vest-and-Learn. With this pattern you will be able to create a cool vest that has cattails on each side.

Condition

This is a new, never used pattern. We only took it out of the clear plastic bag to take photos.
