This vintage serving platter has a very rustic, country feel to it. It features three tulip shaped flowers in blue and brown with a matching brown trim around the rim of the platter. The platter was made in Japan, by Century China. We weren't able to find out any information about this company or when exactly this platter was made, though we think given the style and feel of the platter, it might have been made sometime in the 1970's.
The backstamp on the plate states: Century, a 'L' in a circle, Corum Ceram Stoneware, Japan, Elsenore, 2001.
The platter is about 12 inches in diameter.
The platter is heavy and very durable. There are some slight wear marks on the front. There are no chips, cracks or crazing that we can find.
