Description

We think vintage film cameras are really cool, like this Argus C3 film camera that was produced sometime between 1939 through the 1960's. This camera was created and produced in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It's a 35 mm film camera. It has a 50 mm lens. On the lens it states 'Argus Coated Cintar, Made in the USA'.

It comes with a leather case which we believe is original to the camera, however the strap on the case is not original. The camera can be 'locked' into the case to keep it from coming out of the case. On the bottom of the case is embossed - 'Top Grain Cowhide, Made in USA By Argus, Inc'.

There is a small black screw on the bottom where you can add a wrist strap.

Measurements

The camera is approximately 5 inches long by almost 3 inches tall and almost 2 inches wide. It fits snuggly in the case.

Condition

This is in used vintage condition. Overall camera body condition is good. We don't know if it works or not and are selling it as a display or collector item.

The leather case is in good vintage condition with some wear due to previous use. There is some thread missing around the bottom edge. As mentioned earlier we don't believe that the strap is original to the case.
