Condition

The paper envelope has quite of bit of wear, and most of the envelope flap is missing. It also has a few tears. The tissue paper sewing pattern is folded, but it looks like someone unfolded it and didn't fold it back the way it came, it is however, in very good condition. The paper instruction sheets are in very good condition.
