Description
We are offering three vintage California themed postcards from the 1910's. The first one is 'Under the Pepper Trees in Sunny California'. This is a used postcard which has a postmark of 1911 and a Ben Franklin 1 cent stamp. The second postcard is unused and features Wawona Tree Mariposa Big Tree Grove, Yosemite National Park, California. It features an older car driving through a large redwood tree. This postcard is unused. The third postcard features a field of Wildflowers, Springtime in California. This postcard is also unused.
Measurements
The postcards measure approximately 5 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches. The Pepper trees postcard is light smaller and the wildflower postcard is slightly larger.
Condition
Pepper tree - This postcard has rounded corners which show signs of wear. There is also a crease on the lower right hand corner. The postcard is tanned from age and is used. Mariposa big tree grove - slight wear on two corners. This is an unused postcard. The back has a couple of faint smudge like spots. Wildflowers - very little wear on the edges. Slight discoloration on the white areas from age. This postcard is also unused.
