Description
We are offering these mid century coffee or tea cups made by the Gladding, McBean & Company. This is from their Franciscan Fine China line in the 1950's. The simply elegant pattern is called Encanto, which was created by Mary Grant and was made with or without a platinum or gold banding. The coffee cups do not have any banding and comes with a clear glaze. They are cream colored.
The coffee cups are back stamped with: Franciscan Fine China, Made In California U.S.A. which is inside an oval that has some buildings on top. Under that it states Gladding, McBean & Co. Please see the photos for a closer look.

Measurements
The coffee cups are almost 1 3/4 inches high and the opening is approximately 4 inches in diameter.
Condition
The coffee cups are in excellent vintage condition. There are no chips, cracks or crazing that we can find.
