Condition

The paper envelope has wear consistent with its age and is in overall good condition. There is a store stamp on the front of the envelope. The tissue paper sewing pattern is factory folded and in great condition. The paper instruction sheets appear to be only slightly yellowed around the edges and are in great condition, still very readable.
