Teddy Bears are super cuddly and cute and while this one isn't as fluffy as most, it is really cute. In 1998 the United States Post Office issued this very adorable note card/envelope and pewter necklace set to celebrate the Teddy Bear. This set is still in it's original package complete with the note card and envelope so you can send it to someone or keep it for yourself.
You should be able to send it first class, though these days it will cost more than 32 cents!
Measurements
From what we've been able to research, the chain on the necklace is around 18 inches in length. It has a spring ring clasp.
The card is approximately 5 1/4 inches across by 7 3/4 inches tall.
Condition
This notecard, envelope and pewter necklace are all in excellent, unused condition and are still in the original cellophane.
