We believe that these two clear glass jars were made around the 1930's or earlier. And like all things vintage, wouldn't you love to know their history? They are made of a thick clear glass, complete with a couple of air bubbles. Each one has a small rectangular space, possibly for labeling or to be able to see more clearly what was stored in the bottle. The lids are made of aluminum (a magnet doesn't stick to it).

Measurements: The first jar is approximately 5 inches tall (with the lid on) and the base is approximately 2 1/1 inches in diameter. The second jar is just over 5 inches tall (with the lid on) and the base is approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter.

Condition: Jar number 1 - There is one very small rough spot on the bottom, it looks like it is an air bubble on the surface. There is a small rough area on the inside of the opening. The aluminum lid is a little dinged up from years of use, there is also surface wear and scratches. Jar number 2- There some rough spots and chips on the inside of the opening. The lid has a small dent in it and surface wear and scratches.

We are selling these 2 vintage jars together.
